Retire With Honor is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, or any branch of the Armed Forces.

Nothing on this platform should be understood as an official communication from, or endorsement by, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or federal agency.

Benefits information is educational only and does not replace official guidance from your service, DFAS, VA, or TRICARE. Checklists are planning aids and do not replace official service requirements. This platform does not provide tax, investment, legal, medical, or individualized claims advice, and does not predict disability ratings or VA outcomes.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@retirewithhonor.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Package pricing shown on this site is illustrative until confirmed in your order or invoice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Refund eligibility depends on how far your ceremony project has progressed — contact support before your event date to discuss options.
• You may cancel a free account at any time from your account settings.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (honoree details, photos, guest lists, ceremony copy). By submitting content, you grant Retire With Honor a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you and your invited guests.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload, including photos of other people.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate an official government or military entity, or use official seals or insignia in a misleading way.
• Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, including in guestbook messages.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

We may moderate or remove content, including guestbook entries, that violates these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retire With Honor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues affecting a live ceremony event.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
