About
Why Retire With Honor exists
Two things that are usually handled separately — transition planning and ceremony production — brought into one place, built specifically for service members.
Retiring from military service means closing out paperwork across TAP, personnel, legal, medical, DFAS, and VA systems — and, often in the same season, planning a ceremony that marks the end of that chapter. Retire With Honor was built to support both of those efforts from one account: an educational planning checklist, and a ceremony website production service.
We keep those two things clearly separated in how we talk about them. The planning checklist is free, educational, and does not replace guidance from your service, DFAS, the VA, or TRICARE. The ceremony website is a paid production service, priced and delivered like the commercial product it is.

Legacy
Built to honor a career — not invent one
Ceremony materials and keepsakes should feel like they belong to the person who earned them. We design for dignity and clarity, without borrowing official seals or imagery that isn't yours.

Service-neutral imagery
Joint-service photography that sets a professional tone — without inventing official seals.
Planning and ceremony
Checklist, calculators, and ceremony production — clearly separated, deliberately connected
Educational planning and financial tools stay free to start. Ceremony websites are a commercial production service. We say so plainly because that distinction matters.

What guides how we build this
Plain-language, sourced information
Retirement and benefits content is written for clarity and reviewed against official guidance — always with a path back to the authoritative source.
Dignity over decoration
Ceremony websites are designed to honor a career of service without relying on invented seals, uniforms, or imagery that isn't yours.
Independence, stated plainly
We are a private commercial business, not a government program. We say so clearly, everywhere, because that distinction matters.
Retire With Honor is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, or any branch of the Armed Forces.
