Sign in with your password. On “Verify it's you,” choose Email me an MFA reset link.
Open the email within 30 minutes and confirm. Then set up a new second factor.

Email reset is only available after you sign in with your password (so we know it is you).

Contact support and we can reset MFA for your account after verifying your identity.
